Wildlife & Herd Health

The Hard Part Was Never the Feed.
It Was Controlling Who Gets It, and When.

Any open feeder can dispense protein. None of them can tell you who ate it, when, or how much. That gap is the real obstacle standing between good intentions and a program that actually works — for parasite control, herd management, or anything else that depends on knowing what your animals are actually consuming.

Unmeasured Access Is the Problem

A standard gravity-fed feeder runs continuously, open to any species, at any hour. Consumption per animal is a guess. Non-target species — raccoons, feral hogs — compete for the same feed on the same schedule as your herd.

Open Access

Continuous & Unmeasured

Feed is available around the clock to whatever shows up first. No structure, no schedule, no way to model who’s actually eating.

FeedVault

Scheduled & Bounded

The feed doors open only during the windows you set. Repeatable, predictable access that turns a guess into a structured system.

Timing Does the Work

FeedVault™ doesn’t identify individual animals or species — it controls when feed is physically available. That’s enough to matter: whitetail deer feed mostly in daylight, while raccoons and hogs are largely nocturnal. A daylight-only window naturally shifts consumption toward the herd you’re managing for, using a behavior difference that’s already well understood — no extra hardware required.

Pair that with the density, sex-ratio, and body-weight data most Texas ranches already track, and a bounded feeding window gives a far more precise picture of consumption than an open feeder ever could.

Landowners have always been first to solve the problem — funding the research and building the tools before anyone waits on an agency to figure it out.

FeedVault is a mechanical, timed-access control system for gravity-fed protein feeders. It does not contain, dispense, or deliver any medicated or pharmaceutical product. Nothing here is a claim of efficacy for any parasiticide, drug, or treatment.
